We and others are working exclusively for the chain stores Thang Long GmbH and Drachenhaus GmbH as part of their expansion in Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria.

Here we are looking for shop space in shoppingcenters from 15,000 sqm of retail space (independent inhabitants) and in the pedestrian zones in cities from 250,000 inhabitants (only 1 A-layer).

The total floor space is here at about 25 sqm to about 90 sqm. There are several gastronomic Konzepe operated: Sushi-bistros, China-, Thailand- and the Classic-Asian-Bistro and small restaurants.

The new concept: Indian and Vietnamese culinary combined!

Both are already represented by the well-known operators of shopping centers, at Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Constance, Berlin, Lübeck, Bielefeld, Regensburg, and so on. For the current year are already a number of new openings planned, others are in preparation.
